Makery Arena

Makery Arena is a consumer community created for one or two weeks at a time. Such communities often focus on assessing new products or packaging concepts. Consumers share experiences through discussions and using visual materials. Interaction on an online forum is an excellent way to follow the discussion about your product and find new perspectives.

 

Makery Focus

Makery Focus is an online group discussion, with the participants chatting online at their computers at home. Images, sound and videos can be included. An online group discussion typically lasts for around two hours.

 

Focus group interview

The interviews are conducted for groups of six to ten people and typically last for 1.5 to 2 hours. Tastings, try-outs, presentations and various techniques can be included. The customer can follow the discussion in real time.

 

In-depth interview

Personal in-depth interviews are suitable for the close examination of the needs and wishes of consumers, decision-makers and experts. Such interviews typically last from 45 minutes to 1 hour, and can be conducted in the interviewee’s location.

 

Ethnographics

Consumers observe their daily lives and report on their purchases, consumption and cooking habits in writing and using photographs. Personal or group interviews are conducted before or after the observation period.
